With 5 years of L&D experience - 3 of those as a part of Dai's team - I am passionate about helping people grow personally and professionally. My background in Graphic Design and Advertising, along with various other certifications, allows me to bring creativity and strategic thinking to every learning experience I develop. At TCHAcademy, my goal is to connect with new clients and support individuals and businesses across the country.

Within my L&D experience, I'm passionate about delivering impactful training solutions that drive growth and performance. My career began with a Fashion Design degree, but as I moved into managerial roles, I discovered a love for leadership and people development. My goal is to continue building my expertise in L&D while expanding my skills in digital marketing and content creation.
