Find quick answers to common questions about our tailored learning programmes, course access, and support services. - #### Do you offer in-person, virtual, or blended learning options? All the above! We specialize in different delivery methods to suit your business needs. We have both recorded and live virtual sessions that can be easily incorporated and trained to a large group of participants. - #### How do you measure the effectiveness of your programmes? We use a few different sources to gauge our training. Following each programme, we send the learners a CSAT survey to receive feedback on how they think the training went. We also speak to the clients to make sure that following training, all parties are happy. - #### What is the typical duration of a course? Individual courses range from around 45-90 minutes, depending on the course itself and the number of learners. Programme lengths widely vary from around 1 working day to 8 weeks. - #### Is there a limited number of learners in each session? Anyone can learn and should be given the opportunity to do so. With this in mind, we don't put limitations on the number of learners who can participate in each session. The only limitation is the capacity of our training rooms, but that's where virtual sessions come in! Our team can also travel to you to host in-person learning in your environment. - #### Can you align training with our internal frameworks? Of course! Continuously training and upskilling your staff can take a lot of manpower, so that's where we come in.
